Getting to know you
In the first conversation, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Unknown. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.
Manager’s interview
In this meeting, your future Leader takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on your experience on the role and a high focus on a fit with our core values.
Show us yourself
We want to see your practical insight by giving you a case related to what you would do in the position. By working along with the team for about half a day we can both assess the potential fit you have with the role and the company.
Final chat
This is where we talk about our contract offer to you and where any remaining questions can be clarified.
