About the Role
As Curriculum Manager, you will be at the heart of our academic programs, ensuring they maintain the highest quality while aligning with our entrepreneurial mission. You will collaborate closely with academic and operational teams to guarantee program excellence and compliance with accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Onboarding: Facilitate onboarding of teaching staff, ensuring alignment with institutional standards.
Grading Oversight: Monitor grading practices for accuracy, fairness, and timely publication of results.
Diploma Management: Oversee preparation and issuance of diplomas, ensuring adherence to regulations.
Exam Board Administration: Act as Secretary to the Exam Board, managing meetings, records, and follow-up actions.
Curriculum Alignment: Ensure consistency within and across academic modules, focusing on coherence and alignment with program goals.
- Academic Quality Assurance:
Monitor learning objectives to ensure they meet appropriate National Qualifications Framework (NQF) levels.
Implement long- and short-term quality assurance loops, proposing improvements to the Academic Director.
Body of Knowledge and Skills (BOKS): Maintain and update the BOKS to reflect current academic and industry standards.
Accreditation: Prepare documentation and oversee accreditation processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills
Required:
At least 3 years of experience in academic administration or a similar role.
A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level).
Preferred:
A Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
Strong understanding of NQF levels and academic quality assurance processes.
Key Skills:
Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities.
Proven experience with accreditation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
Fluency in English; experience with LMS platforms like Canvas and Classter is a plus.
Independent, flexible, and resilient with a structured work approach.
Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous improvement.

Location Requirements
This is an on-site role, requiring four days per week in The Hague and one day per week in Amsterdam until Fall 2025/26. Afterward, operations will fully transition to The Hague.
