As a Student Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our university’s admissions process, playing a key role in attracting and enrolling the next wave of entrepreneurial talent. You will work closely with the Marketing and Partnerships teams to nurture leads, conduct discovery conversations, and ultimately ensure that only the most suitable candidates are selected to join our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation and Qualification: Collaborate with the Marketing and Partnerships people to receive and generate leads. Engage in proactive outreach to qualify these leads through calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.

• Student Engagement: Conduct open days, campus tours, and one-on-one discovery conversations to introduce prospects to the unique aspects of our educational programs and campus life.

• Event Attendance and Representation: Attend events, schools, and study fairs to represent Unknown University of Applied Sciences. Act as the face of the university, conveying our values and vision to potential students and partners.

• Sales and Recruitment: Utilize a strong sales acumen to effectively communicate the benefits of our programs and persuade qualified candidates to apply. Maintain a consistent and compelling representation of our university's mission and vision.

• Admissions Process: Be an integral part of the admissions team, assessing applications and participating in the selection process to ensure that candidates meet our rigorous standards of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Partnership Collaboration: Work alongside the Partnerships team to leverage international fairs, schools, agents, and other channels for lead generation and student recruitment.

• Follow-up and Conversion: Diligently follow up with potential candidates to guide them through the application process, addressing concerns, and securing their enrollment.

• Proven track record in sales or recruitment, with the ability to engage and convert prospects into committed candidates.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; preferably dutch speaking with a fluency in English,

• Strong organisational capabilities; adept at handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a strategic thinker with a knack for building relationships. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
