As Unknown Campus we work together with numerous partners, as part of our community, that join our mission to fuel founders that fix the future. Our Partner Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing stakeholder expectations, fostering strong relationships, and maintaining clear lines of communication. You will work closely with internal teams, external clients, and other key stakeholders to drive project outcomes, ensuring all parties are aligned and satisfied with the project’s progress and results.

Unknown Campus is a dynamic hub where impact-driven founders create real-world solutions, connect, and grow together. At the heart of Unknown Unknown Campus is a 13.000 m2 building Titaan with offices and makerspaces for impact companies, a thriving community and the Unknown University of Applied Sciences.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Identify and manage key stakeholders, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations.

  • Act as the main liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear and continuous communication.

  • Organize and lead regular project updates, feedback sessions, and stakeholder meetings.

  • Ensure stakeholder input is captured, prioritized, and translated into project deliverables.

  • Proactively address concerns and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and deliverables aligned with stakeholder expectations.

  • Develop detailed project plans including milestones, budgets, resources, and timelines.

  • Coordinate across internal and external teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.

  • Execute certain project tasks related to in person meetups and visits.

  • Monitor and report on progress using relevant tools and dashboards.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Anticipate and identify potential risks or stakeholder-related challenges.

  • Implement mitigation strategies and escalate when necessary to ensure project continuity.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, supporting long-term collaboration.

  • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, balancing competing interests and facilitating alignment.

  • Lead change management processes to ensure understanding, buy-in, and adoption of project updates or shifts.

  • Manage project scope changes and ensure all relevant parties are informed and on board.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management or a similar stakeholder-facing role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience working on projects related to innovation, startups and ecosystem building

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.

Key Skills:

  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

  • Ability to develop and manage detailed project plans.

  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Smartsheets or MS Project).

  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Resilient, flexible, and able to navigate uncertainty with confidence.
